Welsh alt rockers The Joy Formidable performed at The Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto last night in support of their second studio album Wolf’s Law, released in January, with support from Brooklyn-based Team Spirit and Boston-based rockers RIBS.

Gotta say TJF were amazing. Great performance of their great songs. Ladder blew me away!
The band and audience were feeding of each others energy ….the front 20′ had a mosh pit going…crowd surfing…The final encore maelstrom was epic. The bass player fired his axe on to the drum kit and took a running launch into the crowd. Whoever wasn’t there missed something amazing!!
