The inaugural US edition of the Air and Style festival, which blends live music, action sports, art, and culture, kicked off at the Rose Bowl stadium in Los Angeles on February 21st, with a line-up that featured hometown rapper Kendrick Lamar, who released his second album, good kid, m.A.A.d city, on October 22nd, 2013 via Top Dawg/Aftermath/Interscope, and who won Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for his song “i”, at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards earlier this month, psychedelic rock band Portugal The Man, acclaimed DJ/Producer Diplo, who founded influential indie label Mad Decent, garage rock band Black Lips, who released their seventh album, Underneath the Rainbow, on March 17th, 2014 via Vice Records, and more!
