The 2013 S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival invaded downtown St. Catharines over the weekend for its 18th year and this year featured Tokyo Police Club, Comeback Kid, Hollerado, The Dirty Nil, Ascot Royals, Courage My Love, Lambs Become Lions, My Son The Hurricane and more.
