Eight-piece California-based alternative rock band The Mowgli’s, who lifted from their name from Rudyard Kipling’s character, Mowgli, from his acclaimed novel The Jungle Book, performed at The Mod Club in Toronto last night in support of their major label debut album Waiting for the Dawn, which was released on June 18th via Photo Finish Records/Island Records, with New Jersey-based indie rockers River City Extension.
