Toronto was faced with gnarly metal fans last night as hardcore-thrash metal band Hatebreed, who released their sixth studio album, The Divinity of Purpose, in January via Razor & Tie, occupied the Phoenix Concert Theatre alongside Springfield, Massachussets’ Shadows Fall, Massachussets-based death metal band The Acacia Strain, and Canton, Michigan heavy metal band Battlecross, who released their second studio album, War of Will, in July via Metal Blade Records.
