Auckland, New Zealand-based synthpop quintet The Naked and Famous, who are named after Tricky’s 1996 song “Tricky Kid”, with the line “everybody wants to be naked and famous”, performed at The Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto last night, in support of their new album, In Rolling Waves, which was released last month via Somewhat Damaged, with indie rock quartet The Colourist.
