The first of three shows for the Edgefest Summer Concert Series took over Echo Beach on Canada Day (July 1st), and featured performances from Saskatoon-based rockers The Sheepdogs, who recently parted ways with founding guitarist Leot Hanson, Hamilton-based rock band Monster Truck, who released their third album, Furiosity, in 2013, Nova Scotia-based indie rocker Matt Mays, Vancouver-based blues rock band Head of the Herd, and more.
