Family Channel’s Big Ticket Summer Concert rolled into the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto on August 23rd with performances by Australian pop singer Cody Simpson, who released his second album, Surfers Paradise, on July 12th, 2013 via Atlantic, The Next Step Dancers, who are stars of their own Family Channel series “The Next Step”, which debuted on March 8th, 2013, teen folk-pop singer Sabrina Carpenter, who released her debut EP, Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying, on April 8th, 2014 via Hollywood Records, Youtube sensation Megan Nicole, and Toronto-based power pop band Crystalyne, who released their second EP, The Remedy, on November 23rd, 2013 via Alternative Empire Inc.
