Los Angeles-based indie pop duo Capital Cities, who released their debut album, In a Tidal Wave of Mystery, on June 4th, 2014 via Lazy Hooks/Capital, which featured the singles “Safe and Sound”, “Kangaroo Court”, “I Sold My Bed, But Not My Stereo”, ” and “One Minute More”, performed at The Danforth Music Hall in Toronto last night with Nashville-based electro-pop duo Cherub, who released their debut album, Year of the Caprese, on May 27th, 2014 via Columbia Records, and synthpop band Night Terrors of 1927, which features Jarrod Gorbel (The Honorary Title) and Blake Sennett (Rilo Kiley, The Elected), and who released their debut EP, Guilty Pleas, on November 11th, 2013 via Atlantic Records.
