San Francisco-based black metal band Deafheaven, who released their second album, Sunbather, on June 11th, 2013 via Deathwish, the cover artwork of which was designed by Nick Steinhardt of Touché Amoré, performed at The Opera House in Toronto last night with Toronto-based psychedelic shoegaze band Programm for the final date of the Converse Rubber Tracks tour, which featured five emerging artists who have all recorded at a Converse Rubber Tracks “pop-up” studio in each city and have been hand selected by Deafheaven to serve as the supporting act.
