Grammy-nominated thrash metal band GWAR, who released their thirteenth album, Battle Maximus, on September 17th, 2013 via Metal Blade, the last album to feature frontman Dave Brockie (aka Oderus Urungus) due to Brockie’s death on March 23, 2014, performed at The Opera House in Toronto last night with North Carolina-based heavy metal band, Corrosion of Conformity, who released their ninth album, IX, on June 24th, 2014 via Candlelight Records.
