Acclaimed art rock singer-songwriter Annie Clark (aka St. Vincent), who released her eponymous fourth studio album on Feb. 24th, 2014 via Loma Vista/Republic, visited Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art yesterday, which is currently hosting an interactive exhibition called David Bowie Is, which features over 300 items from Bowie’s personal archives, to discuss Bowie’s influence on her career. “David Bowie’s mutating aesthetic and persona are as much an instrument as his voice or guitar. Sound and vision: hero, icon, alien,” said Clark in a written tribute to Bowie.
