Indie folk rock singer-songwriter and activist Ani DiFranco, who released her self-produced eighteenth album, Allergic to Water, on November 4th, 2014 via DiFranco’s own label Righteous Babe, performed at The Danforth Music Hall in Toronto last night with indie folk singer-songwriter Anais Mitchell, who released her sixth album, Child Ballads, on February 11th, 2013 via Wilderland, which serves as a collection of old folk ballads from the collection of the same name by Francis James Child.
