New Orleans-based folk-punk-blues singer-songwriter Benjamin Booker, who released his self-titled debut album on August 19th, 2014 via ATO Records, which was produced by Andrija Tokic (Alabama Shakes, Hurray for the Riff Raff), performed at Lee’s Palace in Toronto on March 31st with garage rock singer-songwriter Olivia Jean, who is best known as a member of “garage goth” rock band The Black Belles, who released their self-titled debut album in 2011, which was produced by Jack White, and released by Third Man Records, and Toronto-based garage rock band Sam Coffey and The Iron Lungs, who released their newest album, Gates of Hell, on July 31st, 2014.
