Japanese indie rock band Toe, who will release their third album, Hear You, on August 7th via Topshelf Records, which follows up their 2012 EP, The Future Is Now, performed at The Mod Club in Toronto last night with Los Angeles-based downtempo-folktronica-hip-hop artist Shinya Mizoguchi (aka StarRo), who released his newest single, “I Will”, on June 23rd, 2015, and his newest EP, Komorebi, in February 2011.
