Reunited LA-based alternative rock band Failure, who were originally active from 1990 to 1997, and who released their fourth album, and their first new album in 18 years, The Heart Is a Monster, on June 30th 2015, which follows up their self-released 2014 EP titled Tree of Stars, performed at Lee’s Palace in Toronto last night with rock band The New Regime, which is the the solo project of multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Ilan Rubin (Nine Inch Nails, Angels & Airwaves, Paramore), and who released their new album, Exhibit B, on March 31st, 2015.
