Grammy-winning Queens, New York-based hip-hop duo Salt N Pepa, who are one of the first all-female hip-hop groups, and who are best-known for their string of 1980s-1990s hits, including “Push It”, “Shoop”, & “Whatta Man”, and who released their newest album, Brand New, on October 21st, 1997, performed at the 2015 Zombie Ball last night at The Moody Theater in Austin, Texas with afrobeat band Golden Dawn Arkestra.
