Mashup artist Girl Talk, who released his newest EP, Broken Ankles, in 2014, which followed up his 2010 album, All Day, which was composed using overlapping samples of 372 songs by other artists, performed at Lee’s Palace in Toronto last night as part of the 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend, and San Antonio Spurs player Matt Bonner’s Alt Star Party with Toronto-based jazz trio BadBadNotGood, who released a new collaborative album with Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah called Sour Soul (out Feb. 24th, 2015 via eOne Music Canada), which follows their Polaris Music Prize-Nominated album III (out May 6th, 2014). _____________________________________________________________________________________ Girl Talk _____________________________________________________________________________________
