Brooklyn-based world music band Red Baraat, who released their newest EP, Livewire, in January 2016, which they recorded in-studio at Seattle’s KEXP, and which includes a bonus track, “Gaadi of Truth”, featuring The Police’s Stewart Copeland, performed at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on March 27 with Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Madame Gandhi,w ho has toured internationally with artist like M.I.A. and Thievery Corporation, and Rajas.
