Minneapolis-based synthpop band Polica, who released their third album, United Crushers, on March 4th, 2016 via Mom + Pop Music, which they recorded with producer Ryan Olson at the Sonic Ranch studios in El Paso, Texas, and which followed up their 2013 album, Shulamith, performed at Lee’s Palace in Toronto last night with Brooklyn-based indie band MOTHXR, which features actor Penn Badgley (Gossip Girl, Easy A, Margin Call, John Tucker Must Die)
