The 2016 Art of Rap Festival on July 24th at the Warfield in San Francisco featured performances by Public Enemy, who released their thirteenth album, Man Plans God Laughs, on July 16th, 2015 via Spitdigital, Ice-T, who released a new album with heavy metal band Bodycount titled Manslaughter on June 10th, 2014, Grandmaster Melle Mel, and Naughty By Nature!
