The 2016 Casbys took place at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto last night with Banners winning the “New Artist” award, Arkells taking home the award for “Favourite Sugar Beach Session”, July Talk winning “Favourite New Song” for “Push + Pull”, and Billy Talent winning the “Favourite New Record” award for Afraid of Heights. The evening also featured performances by headliners Sam Roberts Band, along with Finger Eleven, The Darcys, Banners, and Modern Space.
