New York City-based singer, songwriter, activist, director, and blogger Amanda Palmer, who released a book called The Art of Asking: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Let People Help, on November 11th, 2014, which is partly based on Palmer’s successful fundraising of $1.2 million in a Kickstarter campaign to produce her 2012 album, Theater is Evil, performed at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto last night.
