New York City-based indie rock band Sunflower Bean, who released their newest EP, From The Basement, on September 9th, 2016, which features cover versions of songs originally by The Modern Lovers, Neil Young, Spiritualized and T-Rex, performed at the Rock and Roll Hotel in Washington, D.C. last night with New York City-based indie rock band The Lemon Twigs, who released their debut album, Do Hollywood, in October 2016, and Brooklyn-based indie rock band Kissing is a Crime.
