Kaytranada to replace Tyler The Creator as NXNE Port Lands headliner

North By Northeast (NXNE) has announced that Canadian DJ/Producer, and Prism Prize and Polaris Prize winner Kaytranada will perform at the Port Lands on Saturday June 24th, replacing Tyler The Creator. He will join previously announced acts Passion Pit, Post Malone, Bleachers, Tinie Tempah and more for the all ages weekend long event.

“We’re thrilled to have such an amazing, exploding artist as Kaytranada to highlight Saturday night at the Port Lands,” says NXNE president/managing director, Michael Hollett. “Kaytranada is on a remarkable career trajectory as he takes his place as one of the most important and entertaining DJs in the world.”

Kaytranada released his debut album, 99.9%, in May 2016, which won the 2016 Polaris Music Prize.
