Irish soft rock singer-songwriter Imelda May, who released her fifth album, Life Love Flesh Blood, on April 7th, 2017 via Decca, which was produced by T Bone Burnett (Roy Orbison, Elton John, Elvis Costello, Diana Krall), performed at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto last night with Guelph, ON-based singer/songwriter NEFE, who won the 2014 RBC Emerging Artist Music Mentorship contest, which included $25,000, the chance to perform at Canada’s Walk of Fame, 30 hours of recording studio time and mentorship from Triumph’s Rik Emmett and Gil More and The Tragically Hip’s Gord Sinclair.
