Indie Rock supergroup Planetarium, which features Bryce Dessner of indie rock band The National, drummer James McAlister, classical music composer and arranger Nico Muhly, and singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens, and who released their self-titled debut album on June 9th, 2017 via 4AD, performed at the Fox Theater in Oakland, California last night with Thao Nguyen, who is best known as the lead singer of alt-rock band Thao And The Get Down Stay Down.
