Welcome To Rockville has announced its 2018 lineup. Set to take over Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, Florida from April 27-29, the festival will be headlined by Ozzy Osbourne, Avenged Sevenfold, and Foo Fighters.
Other notable artists include: Godsmack, Stone Sour, Queens of the Stone Age, Five Finger Death Punch, Breaking Benjamin, and Billy Idol.
