Toronto-based indie rock band Alvvays, who released their second album, Antisocialites, on September 8th, 2017 via Polyvinyl, which featured the singles “In Undertow”, “Dreams Tonite”, and “Plimsoll Punks”, and which followed up their self-titled 2014 debut album, which was shortlisted for the 2015 Polaris Music Prize, performed at Metro Chicago last night (March 23rd) with singer-songwriter Frankie Rose.
