In a new feature to Aesthetic Magazine, we are proud to announce a collaboration with Toronto-based writer/photographer/podcast host Adam R. Harrison and his new show, The Adamantium Podcast, which features local and celebrity guests engage in casual conversations on art, culture, and entertainment.
In episode 12, Charlotte Wessels, lead singer of symphonic metal band Delain, discusses how the band formed, staying fit on tour, and her novella, The Deviant Hearts. We also talk about the uphill battle of being a female artist in what is a heavily male dominant industry and the discrimination her and guitarist, Merel Bechtold, still face.
