The final day of Boots And Hearts 2018 at Burl’s Creek in Oro-Medonte on August 12th featured performances by country music artist Thomas Rhett, who released his third album, Life Changes, on September 8th, 2017 via Valory, country pop singer Brett Young, who released his self-titled debut album on February 10th, 2017 via Big Machine, Vancouver-based country/bluegrass band The Washboard Union, and more!
