British Columbia-based singer-songwriter Holly Hyatt released a new video for “River Flows”, the newest single from her debut album “Wild Heart”, which drops in May 2019. Watch the video exclusively via Aesthetic Magazine below.
“The river always grounds me and connects me to my home, and I really wanted to express that in this song”, says Hyatt about “River Flows”.
A vocalist, acoustic and electric bass player and songwriter from the beautiful Slocan Valley in B.C. – Hyatt began singing, performing and songwriting at an early age. She got her start at local coffee houses, bars; which morphed into the last fourteen years performing in the blues and roots duo, Holly and Jon. They’ve released four albums, and their 2016 release “Shufflin’ the Blues” received rave reviews in the blues community.
In addition, Hyatt has shared the stage with The Brubreck Brothers, jazz pianist Taylor Eigisti, Sonny Rhodes, Russell Jackson, Roy Forbes and Linda McCrea. Hyatt has also been the opening act for Carlos Del Junco, Leon Russell, and The Golden State Lonestar Revue.
