Rising singer-songwriter Logan McKillop is back with his new track “The Learning Curve”, which serves as the third single from his new album, Anchorless, which is out on March 29th. Stream the track exclusively via Aesthetic Magazine below.

“I wrote this song at a time of my life when I was trying to become a better version of myself,” says McKillop. “I was coming to terms with the fact that I was making a lot of mistakes and trying to learn from them. This song is ultimately about self forgiveness, growth, and using creativity to overcome hardships.”

Anchorless is a collection of songs that display his maturity as an artist. Carefully arranged with an all-star Manitoban roster of musicians, the 10 track album comes to life with the addition of a string section, piano, drums, bass, pedal steel, vibraphone, clarinet, banjo, mandolin, and a whole lot of harmony. Recorded with co-producer Scott Nolan (The Song Shop, Winnipeg, MB), engineers Jamie Sitar (Outta Town Sound) and Madeleine Roger (Roseberry Records) and meticulously mixed & mastered by David Travers-Smith (found.sound.toronto), “Anchorless” takes the listener through a heartfelt reminder of what it means to live.
