Toronto-based indie rock band Born Ruffians, who released their newest album, Uncle, Duke & The Chief, on February 16th, 2018 via Paper Bag, which followed up their 2015 album, RUFF, performed at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto last night (May 11th) with Toronto-based surf rock quartet The Elwins, who released their third album, Beauty Community, on October 13th, 2017, which featured the single “Hey! Ya, You”.
