Stream Fast Romantics’ New Single “Do No Wrong”

By: Staff –

Toronto-based indie rockers Fast Romantics have released a new single titled “Do No Wrong”, which you can stream below. The track is from their third full-length album, slated for fall 2019.

“The song is about that fleeting feeling of invincibility you sometimes get after coming out of a long funk,” says lead singer Matthew Angus. “A shot of summer into what feels like a really long winter. A musical reset button.”

“Do No Wrong” is a latecomer to the project, written and recorded in a flurry of spontaneous energy as springtime hit. Considering how fast it all came out, the band made the decision to go with that feeling, and record and finish the single right there and then, bringing it to long time collaborators Gus Van Go and Werner F in Brooklyn for the mix. The band has been writing and self-producing the new record for the past year in their own studio in Parkdale, Toronto. More details will be announced closer to its release.

“Do No Wrong” arrives as Fast Romantics are about to kick off a Canadian summer tour. The tour launches on June 6th in Vancouver at the Biltmore, with shows in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. It wraps up in late August with a number of festival dates. Tickets are on sale HERE.
