Synthpop artist Banks, who released her second album, III, on July 12th, 2019 via Harvest, which featured the singles “Gimme”, “Look What You’re Doing to Me”, and “Contaminated”, performed at Rebel in Toronto last night (Sept. 3rd) with Brooklyn, New York-based R&B singer-songwriter Kevin Garrett, who released his debut album, Hoax, on March 22nd, 2019 via KG Music.

Jillian (Banks) is amazing, isn’t she? I had a chat with her once because when you live in LA, you run into people all the time. But yeah, she is such a sweet and incredibly honest person. I’m happy as hell for her success.
