Los Angeles-based indie pop artist Emei, who released three singles in 2023 titled “Cynical”, “Irresponsible”, and “Scatterbrain”, which followed up her 2022 debut EP, End of an Era, performed at the Drake Underground in Toronto on November 2nd with pop artist LilyIsThatYou, who released an EP titled The Character, in 2022.
