Wisconsin-based indie rock sextet Volcano Choir, which was founded by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, performed at The Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto last night in support of their second album, Repave , which was released on September 2nd via Jagjaguwar , with North Carolina-based duo Sylvan Esso, which is a collaboration between vocalist Amelia Meath and electronic musician Nick Sanborn, and who released their debut single, Hey Mami / Play It Right 12″, on July 16.
