Toronto’s biggest winter music event, Solaris Winter Music Festival, took over the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto last night with acclaimed Dutch DJ Tiësto, who released 2013 Club Life: Volume Three Stockholm, on June 25th via Fontana North, Greek-Swedish DJ Steve Angello, who released Until Now (with Axwell & Sebastian Ingrosso of Swedish House Mafia) last year, San Francisco-based DJ Max Vangeli, DJ Motio, and Toronto-based DJ Mark Oliver, who pioneered the rave movement in Canada by being the first DJ to play acid house and techno nights, as well as co-founding North America’s first rave organization, Exodus.
