The 2014 edition of the In The Soil Arts Festival kicked off on Friday night in St. Catherines with an array of performances including, headliners Young Rival, St. Catherines-based folk quintet Whitney Pea, acclaimed alternative hip-hop artist Buck 65, who is expected to release his new album next month, Barrie, ON-based alt rock band Stonetrotter, New Orleans-style improvisational outfit The Woodshed Orchestra, which features The Rheostatics’ Dave Clark, and more!
