Concert Preview: Electric Island Ends Summer With Tale Of Us, Jamie XX, and More

The fourth and final installment of Electric Island, Toronto’s concert and picnic series, is taking place tomorrow (September 1st) for the Labour Day long weekend. The show will feature performances by Tales of Us, a Techno duo born in Toronto and New York then raised in Milan, Italy with releases on Seth Troxler’s labelVisionquest, Jamie XX, the producer behind The xx, who remixed Gil Scott-Heron’s last album “I’m New Here”, which features the song “I’ll Take Care of You” – later reproduced as Drake and Rihanna’s “Take Care”, British DJ/Producer Hot Since 82, who is no stranger to Electric Island, as he performed at the 2013 edition, and more!
