Acclaimed Nova Scotia-based rock band Joel Plaskett Emergency, who will perform at today’s (May 23) CBC Music Festival in Toronto, and who released their new album, The Park Avenue Sobriety Test, on March 17th, 2015 via Pheromone Recordings, which follows up their 2012 album, Scrappy Happiness, performed at The Danforth Music Hall in Toronto last night with Waverley, Nova Scotia-based indie rock singer-songwriter Mo Kenney, who released her newest album, In My Dreams, in 2014.
