Philideplhia-based hip-hop/neo-soul band The Roots, who released their eleventh album, …And Then You Shoot Your Cousin, on May 19th, 2014, and who serves as the house band on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performed at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto on August 8th as part of the Panamania 2015 concert series celebrating the 2015 Pan Am Games, with Canadian Inuk musician Tanya Tagaq, who released her 2014 Polaris Music Prize-winning album, Animism, on May 27th, 2014 via Six Shooter Records, and indie rock band Onda Vaga.
