These two brothers from the Bronx have been raised and revered for their impeccable ability to manipulate sound. However it took a bit for North America to catch on, since The Martinez Brothers had a long standing residence in Ibiza, Spain. Ever since then, many have caught on and they have since become a pair of must-see DJs.

Snails

A newcomer to the electronic dance scene, Snails is a Montreal-based DJ/Producer who intends to push boundaries. Nothing is feared or off limits, especially the rough and unpolished bass that accompanies his tracks. Known for his melodic undertone and high end drops, Snails can burn down the house while mellowing out the fire.

Lost Kings

Another duo in the DJ department, Dr. No and Robert Gainley have only recently come together to create some noise. So far these two are developing a name for themselves and fast. Hit with a tender touch and seductive approach to their sound, Lost Kings will surely become a well known name in a few months.

Inverness

Using futuristic tones and a smooth overlay to bring out the various remixes on Inverness’ soundcloud; one can only expect one of the best live performances to come from this artist. Maybe even a bit off the wall or strange would compliment Inverness. Nevertheless this is a producer/DJ to keep an eye out for, because only those willing to take chances and change up the scene can push trip-hop into the future.

Geotheory

At 18 years old, Geotheory may be the youngest DJ at EDC NY 2016. But don’t let that stop you from appreciating the extremely well crafted sound movement that Geotheory is capable of unleashing. A New York native, Geotheory blends a nostalgic presence to the ever rapidly changing city. Adding a complete bliss in the form of a wall of noise, dictating a necessary appeal that is now being welcomed into the EDM world.
