Day one of Field Trip 2016 at Fort York in Toronto featured performances by Brooklyn-based indie rock quintet The National, who released their sixth album, Trouble Will Find Me, on May 17th, 2013 via 4AD, which spawned the singles “Demons”, “Don’t Swallow The Cap”, and “I Need My Girl”, Toronto-based indie rock quintet July Talk, who released their self-titled debut album on October 16th, 2012 via White Girl Records, Art pop singer-songwriter Santigold, who released her third album, 99¢, on February 26th, 2016 via Atlantic, and more!
