Hedley
Juno Award-nominated band Hedley has been accused of sexual misconduct after the hashtag #outHedley2k18 surfaced on Twitter. Now fans are petitioning the Juno Awards to cancel the band’s performance at this year’s ceremony at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on March 25th.
In a statement to ET Canada, Juno Awards President and CEO, Allan Reid offered this response: “We are aware of the serious allegations regarding Hedley and we are following this situation very closely.”
The first use of the hashtag appeared last night (Feb 12), and has since included dozens of tweets from fans alleging that members of Hedley acted inappropriately with them. Some allegations include girls as young as 14-years-old.
Twitter user @_cndnpsycho has posted anonymous stories from fans that include sexual misconduct allegations that have taken place at meet-and-greet events, etc, which you can read below.

In addition, photographer, Kelsey Giesbrecht posted the photo below on Twitter of when she was 16-years-old and frontman Jacob Hoggard allegedly placed her hand on another band member’s crotch.
Hedley has yet to respond to any of the allegations.
If you have a creepy Hedley story, please speak out. Jake put my hand on one of their crotches before/kissed me when I was 16 but I know they’ve done far worse
