Exclusive Premiere: Stream Bend Sinister’s New Single “Shannon”

Vancouver, BC fan favourites Bend Sinister are back with their brand new single “Shannon”, which you can stream exclusively via Aesthetic Magazine below.

“With ‘Shannon’ we were really trying to get into some of those classic guitar rock tones,” says the band. “We were listening to a lot of bands like City Boy and Raspberry and really trying to get into those 70’s vibes. So it’s fitting that the lyric is about using a payphone. When was the last time ya did that??”

Labeled as anything from math to prog to pop but feeling most comfortable in the plain guise of rock, Bend Sinister of have evolved through numerous styles and absorbed a plethora of influences to become a band so refreshingly original that the struggle to categorize them is a losing battle.
