Emerging Vancouver-based pop artist Rayne returns with her newest release “Bored,” which you can stream below. Rayne has quickly captured the attention of fans and industry with her infectious pop style and powerhouse vocals.
On the new track, Rayne notes, “Bored is about an on and off relationship that keeps cycling around and repeating itself. I wanted the lyrics and feel of the song to mimic the feeling of boredom in a fun, offhand kind of way, almost like a nursery rhyme.”
At 18, Rayne has shared the stage with the likes of Billie Eilish, Tyler Shaw, and has made appearances at The Calgary Stampede, Rockin’ River Fest, Surrey Canada Day and The Sun Peaks Summer Festival.
Her single “The Low” features multi-platinum producer Milli Beatz, most well known for his production on Bryson Tiller’s platinum single “Sorry Not Sorry” as well as his cuts with Migos, 2 Chainz, Pusha T and more.
Rayne will be one to watch with the release of her debut EP next year. Taking her prowess to new heights, her forthcoming EP features musical heavyweights including songwriter Tavish Crowe (Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe”) and producer Emery Taylor (Kiesza, Willa, R3hab x Vini Vici) as collaborators on this new collection of songs.
