Toronto’s Festival of Beer 2023 to Feature Ice Cube, Third Eye Blind, and T-Pain

By: Staff –

Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 Toronto’s Festival of Beer, taking place July 28th – 30th at Bandshell Park at Exhibition Place in Toronto. This year’s entertainment line-up includes American rap legend, filmmaker and actor, Ice Cube with rapper, actor and record producer, Big Boi, on Friday July 28th. California’s alt-rockers, Third Eye Blind, with Canadian Métis indie singer-songwriter, Ruby Waters perform on Saturday July 29th; rapper and singer/songwriter T-Pain and Jamaican reggae singer, Koffee both take the stage on Sunday July 30th to close out the weekend.

Celebrating 25+ years of the golden liquid, this year’s festival features more than 400 brews, fizz and more… for beer enthusiasts and live music fans alike to slake their thirst while they soak up the summer sun. With their official TFOB mug upon entry, event guests may stroll the grounds to sample brews, bubbles, and non-alcohol options, with hundreds of choices available. Patrons are encouraged to sample food from a selection of vendor offerings while enjoying beer-themed games and entertainment activations throughout Bandshell Park — including fan fave, Canadian DJ Charlie B, spinning in the Beyond Beer zone – during the weekend.

“The 2023 supreme lineup of talent, and range of vendors and their offerings is perhaps the best yet,” said Les Murray, president, Toronto’s Festival of Beer. “With the spectrum of locally produced brews as well as international beverage offerings from a range of committed brewers and makers, our patrons will undoubtedly discover their next new favourite. With the ongoing support of our sponsors, we’re proud to present this year’s must-attend festival of the summer.”

Industry positivity and inclusivity

In addition, Toronto’s Festival of Beer is hosting The Changemakers — a program dedicated to beer craftspeople currently creating compelling change, both within their community and for their industry. These changemakers have created safe and equitable workplaces, have implemented diverse hiring practices and paved the way for accessibility in brewing; all are shining examples of family- and community-minded leaders effecting change, with a compelling story to tell and a good brew to feature.

“Being a changemaker means being someone who takes action to create positive and meaningful change in the world, whether through advocacy, innovation, or simply leading by example,” added Jodie Becker, senior production manager, Toronto’s Festival of Beer.

“It requires dedication, resilience, and a deep commitment to making the world of beer a better place, one step at a time. We’re proud to highlight these leaders in our industry.”
