Kraftwerk

Legendary electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk will make history at their first-ever appearance at Movement as headliners for Saturday (May 28) on the Movement Main Stage, featuring the group’s critically acclaimed 3–D show. If you want to hear electronic music done right, do miss Kraftwerk at Movement 2016!

Carlos Souffront

What a chef is to cooking, Carlos Souffront is to DJing. Be it the soulful taste of the old school belt driven turntable to the modern day electronic indie rock. However, instead of the groove body moving vibrational beats, Souffront throws out a more moody edge type of House that ultimately grabs everyone’s attention.

Stacey “Hotwaxx” Hale

One of the few DJs that commands respect in the realms of spinning vinyl, mixing and producing drum n’ bass beats is none other than Stacey “Hotwaxx” Hale. Adding in a multiplex of Rhythm and Movement to the various styles that Hale pumps out, it goes to show that Hale is a must see at Movement for the versatile musical venture she will take you on.

Hito
_____________________________________________________________________________________

Talk about hitting the right timing and notes, Hito, who originates from Himeji, Japan, yet frequents Berlin, Germany, will grace the Hart Plaza stage. Hito is the type of DJ and vinyl collector who will have the audience gravitating to the stage by the end of the night. From Minimal, Techno, House, Ambient and what ever seems to be hiding up Hito’s stylish sleeve will be playing and ever so present.

Patrick Russell

Russell may just be here to teach everyone a lesson. That lesson might be “how long can one individual spin a set?, in Russell’s case that would be about 10 hours. While being active in the 90’s, now more than ever Russell has composed a gritty induced trance that will withstand any amount time that he is given.
